Is it possible to equip the satellite in advance with advertising materials and other things needed for the trade fair?
To ensure that your journey is as comfortable as possible, we can equip the satellite in advance at your request. This way you can concentrate on your personal luggage and the journey will be as relaxed as a vacation trip.
When should I have booked at the latest?
Unfortunately, this question cannot be answered in a general way. On the one hand, this depends on the respective month, as well as the days of the week, and on the other hand, on the respective degree and effort of individualization. Basically, the earlier the better!

Is there a basic configuration with which the Marken-Satellit can already be used?
Yes, the Brand Satellite can already be used very well with its basic equipment. In addition to plenty of storage space, the basic equipment includes a table with bar stools, a large multimedia display, and areas for advertising materials. In addition, the basic equipment includes a large backlit area for your brand logo.
Can we plan a whole tour with different events and locations with the satellite?
Of course we can plan a whole tour together with you. The earlier we can start planning, the better the availability can be estimated.
Is it cheaper to book several assignments early?

Is it possible to book the Marken-Satellit from abroad?
Of course, it is also possible to book from abroad. Our full service is particularly convenient for international customers who travel to events in Germany by plane.
What happens to the satellite components made for our brand and products?
All components of your individual appearance are reusable and will be stored cost-efficiently for you upon request.
How is the rent calculated?
The rent is made up of flat daily rates and the respective configuration or equipment. With each rental day the daily rate decreases. From the third day the daily rate remains constant.
How is the individualization e.g. on our special product calculated?
Since there are hardly any limits to individualization and these can be very extensive, it is not possible to quote flat-rate prices. Furthermore, it depends on whether conceptual as well as constructive planning is also carried out by us. Therefore, all customer- or product-specific fabrications are offered and invoiced according to type and effort.
Is it possible to rent the satellite for a long period of time?
Yes. Under certain circumstances, the branded satellite can also be rented for a longer period. This requires further clarification.

Can the branded satellite also be purchased?
No. The branded satellite can only be rented. Particularly with regard to the most sustainable use possible, a sale would contradict this goal.
In addition, the satellite would have to be maintained, serviced, stored and transported by the owner. As a rule, the necessary capacities do not exist for this.
